  77. COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS
  78.  
  79. An IBM or IBM compatible computer with standard specifications is required
  80. as follows:
  81.  
  82.      o   Standard PC-DOS or MS-DOS operating system (Version 2.0 or
  83.          later).
  84.  
  85.      o   Standard computer memory of 512K Random Access Memory (RAM).
  86.  
  87.      o   If the program is to be installed on a hard disk, 550K of hard
  88.          disk space is required.

  91. INSTALLING YOUR PARTNER TO A HARD DISK
  92.  
  93. In the steps described below, Your Real Estate Partner will copy the
  94. program files to a new directory called "C:\PARTNER".
  95.  
  96. Please type the INSTALL command in the following format:
  97.  
  98.            INSTALL Drive1 Drive2
  99.  
  100.      Drive1 is the master diskette.
  101.      Drive2 is the hard disk to install the files to.
  102.  
  103.      For example, typing "INSTALL A C" will install Your Real Estate
  104.      Partner from the master diskette in the A drive to the C drive
  105.  
  106. After typing INSTALL, follow the simple messages until all the files are
  107. installed.

  111. GETTING STARTED
  112.  
  113. Lets get started!  Follow the appropriate instructions listed below to
  114. start Your Real Estate Partner.

  117. FROM A HARD DISK INSTALLATION:
  118.  
  119. 1)   Go to the hard drive installed with Your Real Estate Partner.  In
  120.      this example its drive C, it could also be drive D.
  121.  
  122. 2)   At the "C:\" prompt, type "Partner" to begin.
  123.  
  124.  
  125. FROM A 3.5 INCH DISKETTE:
  126.  
  127. 1)   Place Your Real Estate Partner diskette in either drive A or B.
  128.  
  129. 2)   Go to the floppy disk drive used in step 1 above.
  130.  
  131. 3)   Type "Partner" to begin.

  134. FROM TWO 5.25 INCH DISKETTES:
  135.  
  136. If your system has just one 5.25 floppy disk drive you can:
  137.  
  138.      a)  Install Your Real Estate Partner on a hard disk if available.
  139.      b)  Or copy the 5.25 inch "Utility" diskette onto a 3.5 inch diskette
  140.          and use the following directions.
  141.  
  142. 1)   Place Your Real Estate Partner's "Master" diskette in either drive A
  143.      or B.
  144.  
  145. 2)   Place Your Real Estate Partner's "Utility" diskette in the drive not
  146.      used by the "Master" diskette.
  147.  
  148. 3)   Go to the DOS prompt of the floppy disk drive used in step 1 above.
  149.  
  150. 4)   Type "Partner" to begin.
